The Epic Trials 7-Day Challenge is a dynamic week-long experience designed to push your physical limits, sharpen your mental edge, and unlock your potential through daily competitive tasks. Whether you’re an athlete, a creative, a student, or a dream-chaser, this challenge will fuel your growth, discipline, and mindset—all while keeping it fun and epic.
Each day focuses on one of the core EPIC principles: Effort, Purpose, Intensity, and Confidence, and ends with a showdown that brings everything together.

How It Works
Day 1: Effort Checkpoint
• Challenge: Physical endurance task (e.g., timed circuit, bodyweight test, or steps goal)
• Goal: Push past personal limits and start strong
• Focus: Discipline, daily habits, showing up even when it’s hard.
Day 2: Purpose Mission
• Challenge: Write or record your “Why”—your goals, motivations, and what you’re fighting for.
• Goal: Gain clarity and purpose behind every action.
• Focus: Vision, intention, mental focus.
Day 3: Mental Endurance Trial
• Challenge: Complete a mental task under pressure (e.g., timed puzzle, memory challenge, brain game)
• Goal: Stay calm and strategic under stress.
• Focus: Critical thinking, self-control, problem-solving.
Day 4: Intensity Burst
• Challenge: High-energy workout or challenge (e.g., agility ladder, sprint pyramid, explosive drills)
• Goal: Go all-out and feel what your max effort looks like.
• Focus: Energy, commitment, finishing strong.
Day 5: Confidence Quest
• Challenge: Face a personal fear or do something bold (public video post, freestyle rap, creative challenge, etc.)
• Goal: Break past fear and self-doubt.
• Focus: Boldness, self-belief, courage.
Day 6: Legacy Project
• Challenge: Give back or inspire—share your progress, motivate others, or help someone in need.
• Goal: Turn personal growth into community impact.
• Focus: Leadership, influence, service.
Day 7: Final Showdown
• Challenge: Recap all 6 days in one final challenge that combines mind, body, and spirit.
• Goal: Prove you’ve leveled up.
• Focus: Total transformation, celebration, reflection.
