  • Returns & Exchanges

    You may request a return or exchange if:

    • The item arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing error
       

    • You received the wrong item
       

    • The item does not match the description or artwork displayed on the product 

    • page.
       

    To qualify:

    • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
       

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
       

    • Original packaging should be included whenever possible
       

    Non-Returnable Items

    We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Size issues (unless there was a size or print error on our end)
       

    • Sale items, discounted items, or limited-release drops
       

    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
       

    • Items past the 14-day window
       

    Because our merch is produced on demand, we cannot restock or resell used items.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are offered only for:

    • Damaged or defective items
       

    • Incorrect orders
       

    • Print errors or quality issues
       

    If you simply want a different size or color, a new order will need to be placed.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
    Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

    If the refund is taking longer than expected, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
